the location near the parliament building is fantastic, a short walk to the danube river. the suite felt royal, with elegant decor. i would gladly stay here again anytime! kate greeted us warmly at check-in and ensured we were comfortable. she answered all our questions in a very polite and professional manner.
the minibar had very limited options and restocking was inconsistent.

The main reception was empty upon arrival. there was no assistance with luggage. there was no concierge. the wellness area was a letdown. The saunas were cold and turned off.

An Lovely Romantic Escape

My luxurious Junior Suite was spacious. The high ceilings. I slept soundly in a very comfortable bed for six restful nights. I really appreciated having two bathrooms in the suite. It felt very indulgent.
The hotel lacked bellboys on arrival. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs, inconvenient. The reception area seemed understaffed! This made the initial impression less cute.
